The holiday home is in a quiet part of town next to the golf course. (27 holes). The house has 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single bedroom.

The residence has a large communal swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful lawn for sunbathing. The beach is a twenty-minute walk away (by car less than 5 minutes). The residence, where our properties are located, is situated at a privileged part of town, overlooking all of Almerimar and its surroundings.

The terrace overlooks the golf course, the beach, the town centre, the marina and the mountains (Las Alpujarras, Sierra Nevada).

The airport of Almeria (LEI) is about 40 km from Almerimar. Public bus facilities, supermarket, restaurants, bars, international newspapers, money machine and car hire are all present.
