Staying at this residence is not only a pleasure because of the breathtaking views, it is much more, with its gardens and play areas, a 60 m swimming pool and paddle court, sports areas, viewing points and superbly finished residences. There is also plenty of parking space within the complex, much of it with shade.

South facing beautiful terrace with panoramic views to the sea/coast and marine across golf greens. To the right the mountains with snow eight months of the year and to the left you can see the beach and the Nature park with flamingos and a variety of flora and fauna.

The accomodation comprises an entrance hall leading to a large sitting/dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Access to the apartment is by elevator from the lower floors. The residence has a large communal swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful lawn for sunbathing.

The beach, centre and marina are only a twenty-minutes walk away (or 5 minutes drive). The modern marina is full of various craft and there you can enjoy a drink in a bar or a good meal in a restaurant, perhaps sample the local fisherman's catch.
From here to the sunsets can be enjoyed.

The airport of Almeria (LEI) is about 40 km from Almerimar. Public bus facilities, supermarket, restaurants, bars, international newspapers, money machine and car hire are all present.
